The award winning Golden Sands Chorus has been thrilling audiences for nearly 60 years and, this Saturday evening, they’re pulling out all the stops with a USO themed performance called Hollywood Canteen. The show, which starts at 7:30 PM in the Long Beach City College Auditorium, will feature songs that span 4 decades, all with beautiful Barbershop style vocal arrangements. Tickets will be on sale at the door, and cost $20.
Attendees are encouraged to dress up in 40’s style clothes, and there will be a prize awarded for the best costume. There will also be raffles, door prizes, a 50-50 drawing, and refreshments.
