A Hoppy Valentine’s Day

Follow Long Beach-based Primal Alchemy Catering over the bridge to San Pedro, where local Chef Paul Buchanan will be pairing a farm-to-table dinner with Brouwerij West Brewery beers for a one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day Celebration on Saturday, February 13th from 6:00PM to 10:00PM

Guests will enjoy a presentation from both the Chef and the Brew Master while being entertained with live music from the French-Gypsy swing band, Hedgehog swing. Be sure to capture the evening in the “For Lover’s Only” photo booth to take home a hopefully hoppy and happy memory of your night out.

The Buchanan-owned and operated Primal Alchemy Catering service takes pride in using only the freshest, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients to educate, feed and entertain the greater Long Beach community. Brouwerij West is a six-tank, Belgian style brewery located in a 120,000 sq. ft. WWII-era warehouse at Crafted in San Pedro at the Port of LA, owned by Long Beach-native Brian Mercer.

A Valentine’s Day Weekend in Spain

Whether you go for the tapas or a full-fledged four-course meal, Cafe Sevilla in downtown Long Beach invites you to step away from typical traditions and revel in Spain’s always-flavorful ways of celebrating.
