Looks like we’re facing a weekend of moisture condensed from the atmosphere, what kids in the know are calling “rain.”
While these conditions will certainly produce feelings of anger and revulsion, it’s important to remember that there are things you can do to avoid the terrible cousins of shame and wetness. The same modern technology that has given us indoor plumbing and the Snuggie, has brought forth the “umbrella.”
When similar conditions presented themselves last December, we produced this informative, award-winning public service announcement about the proper use of what can be a helpful, albeit confusing tool. (We’re assuming it would have won awards. We actually didn’t enter it in any competitions. They charge for that.)
