Long Beach is becoming the go-to beachside festival city: on top of Summertime in the LBC (the hip-hop festival Long Beach long deserves despite a noted absence of Snoop and Vince Staples) and Music Tastes Good comin’ around for Year Two, it turns out that Agenda—the convention bringing together surf’n’skate brands annually in Long Beach—is getting into the festival game.
Come July 15, Agenda Festival will take over the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center with a “new immersive music and shopping experience fusing together skate, surf, street culture, food and art in one setting.”
If you think it sounds like ComplexCon, you’re spot on.
However, the thing with Agenda (at least its annual convention) is that it has been almost exclusively industry-invite only, with a handful of media folks permitted inside to look at what brands like Converse, Nixon, Patagonia, Mitchell & Ness, Hershel, RVCA, and countless others are doing.
Here is your chance to not only see a strictly hip-hop lineup but also explore the industry side of skate’n’surf fashion.
