Due to his full-time work commitments to Downtown Long Beach, Brian Addison has decided to step back form his position as editor of Longbeachize. Addison has been the editor since the site rebooted in December of 2013. The site has grown in readership and influence and we wish him a fond farewell and best of luck…

brian_circle_1Addison volunteered to join our Long Beach Steering Committee to help guide the site along to an even grander future. So it’s kind of a “goodbye, hello” sort of thing. Look for some announcements on new programming in the coming weeks. As we figure out all the details of our future, we’ll be keeping up with both original content and some syndication from Streetsblog Los Angeles and Streetsblog California.
