Empact Long Beach is offering a free class for those needing to learn the rules and safety guidelines of the road. Even better? Bicycles and helmets will be provided for use during the class.

Workshops will be a combination of classroom experience with practical bike skills. First, All participants will be placed in a safe and secure environment such as a closed parking lot and will be examined for their bike handling skills and comfort level on a bike. Second, those that need to learn how to ride will be supervised in order to develop confidence.

Learn how easy it is for you and your children to be safe, know the rules of the road, plan routes to school, work or play, fix-a-flat tire and enjoy a fun group bike ride.
