A single-car crash early this morning has closed parts of Clark Avenue at Willow Street, police said.
According to authorities, police responded to the collision at 7:30 a.m. Monday and found a person that had crashed into a nearby canal.
Police said the person was taken to the hospital, but details on how badly they were hurt weren’t immediately available.
Southbound lanes of Clark Avenue at Willow Street are currently closed, and it’s unknown when they will reopen. The Long Beach Police Department said it will update the closure on Twitter.
