A person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on the 91 Freeway in Long Beach Wednesday night.
A black Tesla and a burgundy Honda collided around 10:19 p.m. on the eastbound 91 Freeway, just west of the 710 Freeway, a California Highway Patrol spokesperson said.
The CHP said there was possibly a person in the middle of the roadway at the time of the collision.
The CHP did not confirm if the person pronounced dead at the scene was also the person in the roadway at the time of the collision.
Two other vehicles were possibly involved in the collision, according to the CHP.
All lanes were reopened on the eastbound 91 just west of the 710 around 1:51 a.m. after a SigAlert was initially issued. The collision is under investigation.
