A person, who tried to flee the scene, was arrested at a two-vehicle crash Saturday on the Terminal Island (103) Freeway in Wilmington.
The crash on the southbound freeway, north of Anaheim Street, occurred a little before 2:20AM, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported, and involved a dark-colored Scion xB and dark-colored Ford Flex.
It was not immediately known if anyone was injured in the crash because a spokesperson with the Los Angeles Fire Department could not be reached for comment.
At 4:26AM the CHP reported the Port of Long Beach Harbor Patrol had detained someone who tried to flee. That person was later arrested at 5:25AM by the CHP.
