Police are investigating two non-injury shootings that happened Wednesday in the Westside area of Long Beach, authorities said.

Officers responded to the first shots heard call on Wednesday, December 16 at 1:14PM near Santa Fe Avenue and West Wardlow Road, according to the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD).

Police did not locate anyone with injuries, according to LBPD spokeswoman Marlene Arrona.

The second shooting happened a few hours later at about 6:00PM. Officers were dispatched to a shots heard call on the 3600 block of Webster Avenue and subsequently found a damaged residence on the 2100 block of Arlington Street.

No one was injured, Arrona said.

Authorities continue to investigate both incidents.
