A home in North Long Beach was struck by gunfire Sunday morning but no one was injured, authorities said.

Officers responded to a report of shots fired to the residence at about 7:50 a.m. in the 200 block of E. Harcourt Street, according to police spokeswoman Shaunna Dandoy.

The residence is located in the Coolidge Triangle neighborhood near the 91 and 710 freeways.

Dandoy said officers “located a residence with bullet holes in the side and casings in a nearby street.”

No injuries were reported and no suspect information or motive for the shooting is known at this time, she said.

This is the third reported shooting in the neighborhood in recent months.

In August, a residence and two unoccupied vehicles were struck by gunfire just a few blocks over and in October a woman was critically wounded when she was reportedly shot near Coolidge Park, also a few blocks away.
