An 85-year-old woman with medical conditions who was reported missing last week was found Saturday in Long Beach, authorities said.
According to the Long Beach Police Department, Edith Nell Birden disappeared from the 3000 block of Adriatic Avenue Thursday, May 26 around 1 a.m. Police say she left on foot to an unknown destination.
A spokesperson with the LBPD said the department was notified today that officers located Birden on Saturday. She was unharmed and reunited with her family, authorities said.
