Long Beach will host a community job fair on Tuesday, June 7, with over 160 employers looking to fill more than 3,000 vacancies, officials said.
The event is from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Long Beach Convention Center. Job seekers must pre-register for admission.
Participating industries include aerospace, aviation, advanced manufacturing, construction, utilities, environmental services, government, nonprofit, health care, IT, financial services, hospitality, retail, tourism, transportation, distribution and logistics.
Those who attend will have the opportunity to meet directly with recruiters and hiring managers, with the potential for day-of interviews.
