Police said they have located Herbert Jones, 84, who was reported missing after walking away from a medical care facility on Monday night.

Jones was located at about 12:40 p.m. today in the 3800 block of Studebaker Road. He was unharmed and has been reunited with his family, police said.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating an 84-year-old man who left a care facility with another resident on Monday.

Herbert Jones was last seen at about 10 p.m. Monday at the medical facility located in the 3300 block of Magnolia Avenue, Long Beach police said. He suffers from medical conditions and “may become disoriented,” police said.

He is described as black, 5-foot-8, 170 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, gray pants and dark-colored shoes.
