Pedestrian injured in hit-and-run along Anaheim Street, police say

Officers responded around 10:44 p.m. to the area of Anaheim Street and Cedar Avenue, where they located a man laying on the ground and suffering from injuries to his upper body, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

In Colorado River talks, still no agreement about water cuts
