Lakewood overcame a sluggish first half to defeat Wilson, 42-6, to win their first Moore League title since 1973.

You’d be hard-pressed to find a team who went from as low as Poly was last week to as high as they were tonight, with a big win over Compton that gives them the league’s no. 2 seed.
