The prix fixe five-course dinner begins with a stuzzichino of ostera caviar with homemade potato chips and crème fraiche to get your appetite going. The courses offer a crepe cake with grana crème and black  truffle; hand made olive leaf pasta, razor clams, tiger prawns and Taggiasca olives; local black cod with roasted onions, fennel, tomato water and potatoes; grilled lamb loin with fire roasted persimmons and faro.

The second course offers braised beef and gnocchi, grilled half rack of lamb, wood grilled sea bream, or Morro Bay miso butterfish.
