BO-beau kitchen + roof tap can give itself a congratulatory pat on the back because the contemporary French and American inspired restaurant has made it on to OpenTable’s recently announced 2015 Top 100 Hot Spot Restaurants in America. Out of more than five million reviews analyzed by OpenTable of more than 20,000 restaurants across the country, BO-beau came out pretty close to the top.
OpenTable is a mobile app, introduced in 2008, that connects restaurants with diners or diners with restaurants. It’s a booking apparatus that can help a hungry foodie make a reservation just about anywhere, while at the same time drawing attention to a great restaurant in need of the business. OpenTable connects diners with over 32,000 restaurants globally and finds restaurants for more than 16 million diners monthly.
BO-beau was ranked alongside Bestia, an Italian restaurant in Los Angeles and Buccan, a Contemporary American style eatery in Palm Beach, FL. As the first Southern California venture into Los Angeles county for the Cohn restaurant group, having opened it’s doors barely over a year ago, it’s easy to say that BO-beau has implanted itself as a stand-alone culinary success, especially with the expertise of former Executive Chef Katherine Humphus.
BO-beau is open seven days a week. The kitchen (downstairs) opens daily at 4:30PM and roof tap (upstairs) is open at 4:30PM Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday at 2:00PM.
Bo-beau kitchen + roof tap is located at 144 Pine Ave.
