For the second weekend in a row, following the death of 89-year-old F. Phil Infelise, a car collision caused the death of an adult male. This past Sunday saw the passing of 21-year-old Long Beach resident Miguel Magana after he had collided on his motorcycle with a SUV.

According to the Long Beach Police Department, Magana was traveling southbound on Cherry Avenue while approaching Harding Street in North Long Beach. A Toyota SUV was attempting to make a left-hand turn onto Harding while traveling northbound on Cherry, colliding with Magana.

Subsequently, the Toyota also collided with a Honda SUV that was stopped at a red light on Harding.

Outside of Magana, no others were injured or harmed.
