Lucky Chopsticks Chinese Food & Pho restaurant in West Long Beach is closed for construction after suffering damage from a heavy fire on Thursday.
“Our restaurant is currently close for construction,” said a voicemail greeting for the restaurant.
Customers have been referred to another restaurant location, Big Chopsticks, at 4953 Lincoln Ave. in Cypress, where customers can order food pickups or deliveries.
Nick Do, manager of the Cypress location, said in a phone call that he was not informed of any more details of the Long Beach location, such as a scheduled reopening date.
“The only thing I know is that they gave our phone number so that [customers] can order from us,” Do said.
“Sorry for the inconvenience,” said the voicemail greeting.
