The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors renewed multiple $10,000 rewards for information on three different unsolved murder cases that occurred in 1975, 2014, and 2015.

Franke-Neal-LewisThe reward is part of the total $75,000 being offered for information about Lewis’s death, with the $10,000 offered by the board of supervisors, the $25,000 approved by Long Beach City Council in November and $40,000 being offered by the Long Beach Police Officers Association and the Fraternal Order of Police.

Lewis was shot at 3:00AM in December 1975, while intervening in an assault that took place near his home on the 6200 block of Cantel Street.

Seaborn Mason
The second reward issued is for the death of 50-year-old Seaborn Mason, who was shot multiple of times outside a convenience store in July 2012.

Mason was standing outside a convenience store at 11:00PM on the 400 block of East South Street when he was shot in the chest.

Kejon Atkins
The $10,000 reward is extended for the death of Akins, 21, who was shot while taking a walk around in Willowbrook in July 2015.

Akins was walking along the 1800 block of East 126th Street when a four-door sedan pulled up near him and shot him through the car’s rear window.
