No one was hurt in a three-vehicle crash in which a red pick-up truck ended up on top of a white car on the westbound 91 freeway at Bellflower Boulevard, authorities said.

It is unclear how the crash occurred.

The collision caused traffic on the westbound 91 to back up for miles Saturday around 5:20 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident page.

The three vehicles involved—a red pick-up truck, a white sedan and black sedan— blocked at least the two far left lanes until they were cleared by tow truck around 6 p.m.

Los Angeles County paramedics responded to the scene, but no one was trapped in any of the vehicles or injured, according to Supervisor Bernard Peters.
