“The exact motive for the shooting is currently unknown,” police said in a statement. “However, the incident is being investigated as gang-related.”
The arrest doesn’t stem from the rants, but the woman was also wanted for an alleged battery charge that stems from an October incident at Del Amo Mall in Torrance, KCAL9 reported.
The victim was riding his bike along the river trail near the College Park Estates neighborhood when a group of juveniles punched and kicked him and then stole his wallet and cellphone as he laid injured on the ground, police said.
