Almost a year and a half after a man’s body was found floating in the Long Beach harbor, police say they’ve connected five people to the slaying.
Joseph Navetta, 62, was taken into custody just after 8:45 a.m. Sept. 1, in the area of Spring Street and Bellflower Boulevard.
The boy, whose name was not released because he is underage, is accused of wounding the teen girl following an argument in West Long Beach that police said they believed to be gang-related.
Police arrested her after video of the harassment garnered hundreds of thousands of views. Officers also seized an “inoperable firearm” from the woman, the LBPD said.

Long Beach resident Javier Rodriguez, 47, was taken into custody around 6:50 a.m. in the 2300 block of East 15th Street, police said.
