Reshawn Jonae Strother, 20, of Cypress, and Destenee Sheree Scipio, 21, of Long Beach were charged with murder and attempted murder Monday in connection with a fatal drive-by shooting in May that claimed the life of 12-year-old Eric Gregory Brown III and left a 14-year-old girl injured.
