On June 19, Quiroz was located “in good health,” at a hospital in Culver City, authorities said.
“I would like to thank all of you who helped with the case,” her mother Valanitta Jingles said. “Without you shining a light on this case, she would not have been [found].”
Officers located her on Saturday, and she was reunited with her family, authorities said.
Quiroz, who police say enjoys visiting local convenience stores, has been reported missing at least six times in the last year.
On March 30, Aboyte left the family’s home, looking to visit the nearest gas station, and never returned home.
David Quiroz, 48, was located by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department and reunited with his caretaker a day after Long Beach police posted a bulletin asking for the public’s help in finding him.
