Tatiana “Tia” Turner, a protester and founder of Caravan 4 Justice, a grassroots organization based in Long Beach, was exiting the Yorba Linda Public Library parking lot when she allegedly drove her compact car through an intersection and struck a man and woman, according to authorities. A Caravan 4 Justice organizer said he believed she was fearful for her life.
