Starting on Memorial Day and lasting all the way to Labor Day in early September, the City of Long Beach will offer hundreds of free or low-cost cultural programs, sports activities and special events. To kick off these fun summer months of programming, ’80s band Flashpants will perform a free concert at Marine Stadium on Friday.
