With social gatherings a thing of the past, Jillian Vondy’s photos have taken on new meaning.

“I really enjoy playing with space in my photos,” said Lopez. “I love trying to create depth of field with my iPhone and find angles I’ve never seen before.”
“It’s establishments like Riverside that make our city a diverse and interesting place to live and it shouldn’t be overlooked,” writes photographer Savannah Fortis.
This week’s Overlooked LB submission is from a local dad who regularly walks the city’s Willmore district.
The photo series formerly known as “a project we launched recently” is now called Overlooked LB.
“I’m a sucker for a cool sign, or the really intricate stone work on some of the older buildings,” said photographer Jillian Vondy.
Monique Dominguez loves taking a sketchbook or sometimes her plein air painting kit on walks so she can work outdoors.
We’d love to feature your photos right here on the Hi-lo.
