The police department dive team was able to get the car out of the water on Monday, officials said.
The man is in stable condition, police said.
Officers were first called to the 1000 block of Anaheim Street at about 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
Lester Jackson last went missing on Jan. 11.
Paramedics took him to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
Responding officers could not find a crime scene and there were no calls to 911 about shots fired in that area that night, police said.
According to city officials, people who aren’t eligible yet are actually causing delays in vaccine lines, sometimes causing hours-long backlogs.
Dana Tanner, the owner of Restauration, has openly defied the health orders, saying she was staying open to keep her business afloat and to help employees make ends meet.
The victim was in stable but critical condition, according to the LBPD.
